Looking to liven up the inbox for millions of avid golf fans, delivered groundbreaking live embedded streaming video within the body of the email. Leveraging CertifiedVideo technology from Goodmail, the campaign offered thousands of fans a sneak peak of live coverage of the TOUR Championship during the PGA TOUR Playoffs for the FedExCup. The video drove users directly to to watch more live videos.

The campaign's success would be measured comparing the click-through rate of the video campaign versus the static campaign.

Results discovered that fans favored video emails over the static email messages. Initial campaign results revealed that emails with video received a 34 percent click-through rate versus a 14 percent click-through rate for the emails without embedded streaming video.
